- RSR SFeb 24, 20261.07/27/26 I reached out to support vie the website as they requested me to do to explain details further about my incident, but I never got any response. Clearly this is the company standard 🙄 7/25/26 What does a customer have to do other than just walk into the store to actually be acknowledged? I walked in at 10:00, nobody in line, walked right up to the counter and stood there until I just eventually left. Two employees just stood there in front of me, one fiddling around with the computer and the other who had just walked up after seeing me come in, just standing there watching him. Not even talking to each other, he didn't ask the other guy for help, they're just standing there doing whatever they do. Both of them saw me come in. I'm the type to read the room when I go to a restaurant because I understand what it means to be behind the counter. I don't just walk in demanding anything or asking anything.. I wait to be acknowledged, I wait my turn, I honor the service industry and the fact that I want someone to make my food respectfully. "So y'all are just not gonna to say anything?.." were the only words that I uttered and just left. "Hi, one moment" ANYTHING just say something! If I see you so intently focused on messing around your computer I'm assuming that you're doing something important and I need to wait, but I don't know that because nobody is communicating. I didn't even need a "welcome" cause I know how redundant that can be and some people just don't have customery character baked in. But even so if that's the case, I definitely don't want that around my food or to be the reflection of any company that has any respect for itself. I felt dismissed and low-key disrespected. I will never be going to this store again.

Corn was supposed to have extra seasoning and had none. 1 x cheese for cheese fries was missing. Was a take out order. Haven't called yet but will today. Sounds like 50% off my next visit to me? I eat there about 4 or 5 times a month. Hope they take care of me. 20 wings paid for got 3 containers with 6 + 6 + 5 =17

Only reason I didn’t give this location 5 stars is the soda machine seemed off. Our Sprite and Coke Zero both tasted flat.
