If you have another option to eat, TAKE IT. and if you want Wendy's, I would find another location. I waited in the lobby for at least a minute before one of the 5 people that were standing there behind the counter greeted me. Then, I tried to use the coupons I had for two different orders and I was told one coupon per customer, WHICH, I would certainly understand if it were busy, HOWEVER, there was no one at the drive through and one customer sitting in the restaurant and no one on line. If the owner would prefer to make less sales and be a stickler with the one coupon per customer, than that's fine. Ill take my money and go elsewhere. I did end up using the one coupon, but this location will not get any more of my money. Owners... if I were you I would retrain team on service and rethink the one coupon per customer deal if that customer has multiple orders. I had 3 orders, that would have been a little over $35.00. Instead, you got 10. Oh well, your loss.

Its been awhile since we have had wendy's.
They no longer have the creamy cheese sauce, I asked. I asked for chees fries and they just did the shredded cheese, its still cheese fries.
Their burgers are alot smaller, which I know its not the employees fault.
And this location doesn't know what "plain" means when I asked for a plain cheeseburger for one of my kids.
