    To start, my husband and I made reservations here for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately our experience was not even close to romantic. We were brought to our table quickly which was a plus. Our server came over, asked how we were, and asked if we wanted anything to drink. I ordered a cocktail and my husband got a beer. The waiter said he would put that in and return with water. He never came back with the water. After a few minutes someone from the bar brought our drinks over not our waiter. After another 10ish minutes or so our waiter came back and we ordered. I got the salmon and my husband got a steak. Still no water or bread which we noticed on every other table. We flagged down another waitress and we asked if we could get water. She asked if we wanted bread as well which we agreed and she brought it all right over. While waiting for our food, we noticed that the music that was playing was something you would hear in a bar. We were in a nice, modern Italian restaurant but the music just brought us out of the ambiance especially during a romantic night out. When our food arrived, we were surprised it was brought out by yet a different waiter. On top of all of that, the food was only slightly warm. I’m usually not big on noticing those things, but it made me think about where our waiter was and how long it had been sitting up there. Besides the temperatures the flavors, portions, and quality of the food were good. At this point we haven’t seen our waiter since he took our order. We’d been helped by two other servers and not once did he come over and ask if we needed anything. When we finished eating is the next time we saw him. He asked if we wanted another round of drinks, but we were finished and asked for the check and a box. He brought the check, we paid, and left. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy holiday for nice restaurants, but I feel as though a lot of basic qualities were lacking here. I don’t know if we will return and I’m sad because this restaurant was recommended by a friend. We really wanted to have a nice romantic Valentine’s Day.

    Leo's is an amazing restaurant from all staff, serves, host and Managers. Today my daughter and I came in for a Valentine's Brunch as we were greated by the nicest host. Our server Amaria was so nice, friendly, sweet and attentive. Now I've been here many times with no issues and this time service was slower than normal which has never happened before and was not Amaria doing. When i looked around they were short staffed, servers as well as kitchen staff. The Manager Kat was working in every aspect of the restaurant to assist the staff and the guests as best she could. Food was really excellent even though it took longer then normal. Holidays can be very overwhelming in that industry, I am just appreciative to have had a great meal with great company and all the staff we pleasant to communicate with, I think others should try to see it from that side as well.

    Absolutely terrible experience. We had a reservation and were seated on time, but that’s where the positive part ends. We waited an entire hour just to receive our appetizers. After that, we continued waiting and after two hours we had still not received a single entree. We spoke to the staff multiple times, and they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. There was no real apology, and no clear explanation for the delay. It felt like our table had been completely forgotten. After spending two hours at a restaurant without being served our meals, we finally decided to leave. A reservation clearly means nothing here. Extremely disappointing service and a complete waste of our morning. We will not be coming back.

    We got there right when it opened at 11am with a reservation for our group. We sat for two hours and eventually got up and left at 1pm. In that entirety of the time we were there, we were served drinks and two appetizers. Well before we left, we asked the servers what was going on and told them that we still hadn’t been served, and they were not helpful at all. We had to call our server over to ask for refills and eventually she just started avoiding our table. It was a pretty bad experience, and honestly this has happened before to me when I’ve previously dined here. Then when we left, all of the waiters and staff acted surprised and were not very kind. I won’t be back.

    This was literally the worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. We were in the restaurant for 2 entire hours with a reservation and were never served our entrees. We said something and they still didn’t serve us. Our waitress totally ignored us, didn’t refill drinks, didn’t clear the table, etc. The entire two hours we were there, we were served sodas and two appetizers. Will never be going back EVER. Other tables were complaining about their service as well. I don’t have enough bad things to say.
