During our recent visit, the food was not fresh at all, which was extremely disappointing especially since we brought family visiting from India here. The Chicken 65 used to taste so much better, but unfortunately it’s been ruined. Old menu was way better!!! Additionally, when feedback is shared, the owners often seem defensive rather than open to it. Constructive feedback is important, especially when customers are trying to help improve the experience. Consistency and openness to feedback would go a long way.
