- PMPeter Merola2 days ago3.0Carmelizer drink one of their top drinks other than Golden Eagle. Even though this one is made with their in house chocolate milk and I’m a chocolate milk king I only rate this latte taste about a 3 at best. Luckily I got this free with app signup and walk up line wasn’t as long compared to drive thru. The parking is basically the 5/3rd banks lot. Whoever picked this location for this coffeehouse made a huge mistake. Too busy congested street with next to no parking and drive thru still slammed after 4 weeks past grand opening. You will need to plan at least an hour to visit this coffeehouse. The flavor syrups/sauces are significantly better at Starbucks and stronger bolder coffee at Starbucks. I also didn’t see any place to sit down whether outside or indoors if they have indoor seating. Not sure if I’ll be getting more of their coffee in future.
- NNNicki6 days ago1.0I've been really excited to try this but have been waiting for the lines to die down. Finally attempted to go when it seemed shorter lines and walked up. I noticed there were no signs for the drive through except one small one past where they were taking orders. I joined the crowd and couldn't figure out if there was a line, who ordered, where a menu was to order. Someone mentioned earlier in the reviews, you have to know what you want. Well. As someone who has never tried it, the menu online didn't give flavors with the types of drinks, I still didn't know how to order, the music was loud, people were loud, I got overwhelmed and left. There needs to be some organization, especially knowing you have a lot of new people who want to try this who have never been there. I'm disappointed it's set up for "those in the know", disappointed in the menu online to figure out what options to even order, and kinda disgusted the responses to all reviews are "if you want to provide feedback, reach out here". I'm sorry, it's not copy and pastable from Google on mobile but also... Why can't you provide the feedback? You know what store it is, you have the contacts. It kinda shows what kind of company you are.

Once we reached the front, the employee was friendly, but we did feel a bit rushed especially since it was our first visit. Unfortunately, the drink I originally wanted was no longer available. We ended up ordering three drinks and only really enjoyed one. We’d be open to trying it again when we have more time and hopefully when they have the drink options we’re actually looking for.
- MSMatthew ShinJan 4, 20265.0Was skeptical at first about this place being a trend but boy was I wrong. I place Dutch bros on the same tier as chick fil a when it comes to their drive through. Coffee is great and their energy drinks are bomb. Only critique I really has is the amount of ice they put in but for review purposes and for my followers I always try to order with no requests. Highly recommend this place and don’t let the line stop you from checking it out.
- IGIsha GJan 1, 20264.0Dutch Bros just opened in Morrisville and I’ve been hearing a lot about it, so wanted to try it out. The drive-through wait was almost half an hour… it was super crowded. Tried the hazelnut truffle mocha and strawberry horchata. I liked the hazelnut truffle more, but that’s just personal preference. The guy making our coffee was super energetic and friendly, which was nice. Also got a free Dutch cup for my fur baby, which was a cute surprise. Giving it 4 stars because you really need to plan ahead if you want to grab a coffee here.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
