- DCDaniel CoonsFeb 17, 20263.0I have been visiting Dutch Bros since I was stationed in Washington State from 2008-2012. Then they showed up in Arizona, and now in NC. Obviously I was excited for there to be a place I could actually get good coffee out here. Well, to my disappointment, they can NEVER get my drink right. Its not an absurd drink, in fact its ridiculously easy. Its frustrating because I pay extra to have it made the way, they confirm it, I repeat it and they STILL can't get it right. I keep trying and giving them a chance. At this rate I've paid for at least 2 additional coffees in add-ons and never get them. Come on guys get it together! Also, its ridiculous people are leaving bad reviews for parking and drive thru.
- CCCristal CFeb 8, 20263.0I mean honestly , I came from Texas where DB’s where everywhere waited about 10-15 mins over there and this location just seems to be going in Slower Motion I’m trying my best to be understanding but yall have to understand people don’t go to the drive thru because they have 40 mins to kill they go in hopes of Driving thru faster then getting off and placing order up with them even they not even on ordering online yet because I know that would crazier , I love DB’s always have since the first time I had it but will definitely start reconsidering driving to this location before going next time .

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
