They didn’t prepare the avocado toast properly — they only used half of the bread instead of the full one. I also clearly said I didn’t want sugar in my coffee, but they still added it. On top of that, my coffee cup wasn’t filled completely, even though I paid the full price. This is not good customer service. I’m really disappointed and I don’t plan to come back again.

Service wise, while I've never dealt with anyone necessarily Impolite, they aren't exactly friendly either and a bit short with their responses. Overall, no real complaints, go there pretty regularly when I'm in the area for work.
