We were craving delicious food from them because 2 weeks ago it was amazing and then tonight we got most of our food rock hard inedible and cold. When I let the employee know about the quality of food and how tough the food (LITERALLY STONE ROCK HARD) not including the missing and incorrect items it was blamed on the busy holiday season. customer service was horrible

So, I just picked up my order. I ordered a chicken wrap and saucy chicken tenders. Based on the description, I was under the impression that chicken dippers were spun in the sauce I requested. However, when I picked up my order I didn’t get saucy dippers. I got chicken tenders with sauce on the side. Obviously, I took the order back since it was incorrect. The first explanation I was provided is that they cannot spin the chicken tenders in sauce (despite the fact it’s advertised that way online.) and the sauce comes on the side. So I say, that makes no sense. Then I was told I didn’t order saucy dippers. That led to me to second guessing myself and checking my receipt, which I had already did once I discovered my tenders were sauceless. So I pull up the receipt from the online order and it clearly says saucy dippers. So the next explanation I was provided was that it was the 3rd party ordering systems fault. The ordering system doesn’t add the fact I ordered saucy dippers. It just states I requested dippers. So instead of correcting the order I was given 2 additional sides of sauce. By the way, I had to ask for the sauce. Then I was told they usually charge for the sauce, but they’ll give it to me this time. Someone, anyone, correct me if I’m wrong. If I ordered and paid for saucy dippers, should I have not gotten saucy dippers to begin with? More importantly, why is Buffalo Wild Wings passing blame to the 3rd party they paid to place the orders? Why didn’t Buffalo Wild Wings address and fix this with the 3rd party? Instead the blame is placed on the customer, and the customer is spoken to like they did something wrong and Buffalo Wild Wings is going above and beyond by providing me with sauce on the side… although, the sauce should’ve been on the chicken tenders/dippers?.. just wondering. I had a similar issue with Romeo’s a couple of months ago. Everyone wants to pass the blame for some reason these days. The better response would have been to apologize and simply fix the order. This irritates me because when placing an online order, or picking up the order, a tip is solicited. Why would I give a tip if I don’t know if my order will be correct? Moreover, why would I want to provide a tip and my order is incorrect? I could go on, but I’ll stop here.
I had a terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was very bad and extremely rude. We ordered both sauced wings and dry wings, and they were mixed together on the same plate, which is unacceptable.
When I politely requested that the wings be separated onto different plates, the manager came over and responded very rudely, saying they couldn’t separate them. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no customer courtesy at all.
The attitude of the staff, especially the manager, was unprofessional and disrespectful. This place clearly does not value customer satisfaction. I’ve never experienced such poor service here before, and it completely ruined the meal.
Very, very bad service. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this location to anyone

We had an excellent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and left genuinely impressed with both the food and the service. We came in as a party of two and ordered a full two person meal, and everything from start to finish was exactly what you want from a casual dining spot.
The wings were hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The sauces were bold and flavorful without being overpowering, and it was clear they were not rushed or sitting under heat lamps. Portion sizes were generous, making the meal feel like real value for the price. We also ordered sides to share, and they came out hot and well seasoned, not an afterthought like at some chain restaurants.
Service was another highlight. Our server was attentive without hovering, checked in at the right times, and made sure drinks stayed full. Even during a busy period, the pacing of the meal was spot on. We did not feel rushed, but we also were not waiting around.
The atmosphere was exactly what you expect from Buffalo Wild Wings lively, energetic, and perfect for watching games or just enjoying a relaxed meal. The restaurant was clean, tables were well maintained, and everything felt organized despite the steady flow of customers.
Overall, this was a great two person dining experience with solid food, good portions, and dependable service. Whether you are going for wings, a shared meal, or just to catch a game, this location delivered. We will absolutely be back.

Can't speak on the food quite yet, but appalled at the LACK of customer service received on a phone call with the so-called manager, Jesse. He is beyond rude and disrespectful. I wish I would have read the reviews because I would NEVER patronize this establishment again until there is no more Jesse. The fact that he's mentioned in previous reviews is telling, and whoever owns this establishment should really think about that. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
