This branch sent us still pink chicken. My entire family got food poisoning. The food was loaded with hot pepper spices to the point it was nearly inedible to start with. My family eats spicey food and even still this was awful. I am grateful for that in this case as the raw chicken has caused everyone in my family to become very sick if we had eaten more we might have ended up in the hospital.
Stefanie the general manager told us that their food doesn't use pepper spice and she was argumentative. We will be posting the pink highly peppered food here soon.
Stefanie specifically was condescending and argumentative. Considering that we have eaten here many times without issue and only had this problem once we were willing to just call in and have the situation corrected but at this point they have lost what were previously loyal customers. When Stefanie's attitude was bad I stated we would be calling corporate she said good because they will just put me back on the phone with her again. He won't risk our families heath at a place that refuses to take our situation seriously. Eating semi-raw chicken that is loaded with spices hints at possible worse issues like hiding the flavor of possibly turned chicken.

New to the area and this was my first time visiting this location and I wish I would have checked the reviews beforehand. I felt confident with my initial introduction to our waiter and the restaurant having a small crowd but everything just went downhill. We had to wait 20 minutes for lemonade and water which I had to walk up and ask the manager for, waited another few minutes for straws. Placed our order with an appetizer and specifically asked for ranch. Had to wait again for our order which the appetizers came out with the meal defeating the whole purpose of apps. When food was delivered asked for the ranch, after waiting for that I had to get up again and find someone to get me ranch. Never offered a refill of water or lemonade. Just an overall bad experience and will never be returning

A friend and I placed two small food orders with the waitress. AN ENTIRE HOUR after ordering, the food finally came out. After the waitress gave us the food, there was zero apology about the wait, and we were not checked on a single time after we were given our food besides when she was seeing if we wanted the check. Our waters were never refilled either. We also were not told “thank you” or “have a good night” or any kind of pleasantries throughout the entire hour and a half we were there. Never going to a Buffalo Wild Wings again (and no, the dining area did not seem especially busy so there was no excuse as to why we were not checked on or apologized to for the hour of waiting. Even if the kitchen is busy, you should still come check on customers. I’m a server myself and this is unacceptable).

By far the absolute worst service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. The server walks up with no introduction, has zero hospitality, and then proceeds to make us wait for our food for an entire hour with no apology. Doesn’t check on us throughout this wait except for one time with an attitude and doesn’t offer to refill our drinks or asks us how the food is when we finally get it. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and the rudeness from all of the staff tonight was absolutely unparalleled to anything I have ever experienced. I will never be back, thank you.

Appreciate the absolutely terrible service. Appreciate you hanging up when trying to receive a refund for food that was not delivered. Appreciate you telling us to call a third party delivery agency to solve a problem on an order that was placed through your app and a packing/quality control error that was caused by your restaurant. I appreciate you talking over me at every opportunity while i tried to explain the situation. Appreciate being belittled by a guy that works as a shift manager at BWW for trying to solve a problem. Unreal, awful service. Complaint will be filed through the Better Business Bureau and fraudulent charge will be filed through the bank. The amount of unprofessional conduct from someone in a leadership position (albeit, the lowest possible form) is pretty impressive.
