So the manager shows up a black male and said who are you complaining about and why you don't know her name and was it your card bur mind you it's tap to pay. The manager name was Kadeem and her name is Penelope. I am completely shocked on how I was treated.

I bought Enfamil and forgot to use my coupon. I literally just wanted to return the Enfamil and repurchase the same Enfamil he Look at me in my face and say we don’t return Enfamil and walked off and say I’m not doing it with no explanation or anything. I could see if I was trying to return it and get money. I just literally wanted to use my $15 voucher that I had. And not to mention, I hadn’t even walked out the store. I had literally just purchased the item. He’s rude and should be taught customer service and how to treat people if that’s the mannerism that Food Lion is given out I will be shopping elsewhere.
