  Poor customer service by management.. HORRIBLE Wegmans have way better customer service across the street.

  I was so upset! I went in to grocery shop and noticed were they have 2 mark downs for mpv awards. Like the unstoppables. With the 2 mark downs said it takes them down to 6.99 so I got 3 of them. Plus many other items like this in the store. When I got to the check out and put my mvp card in it only took it down to the first sale item. So I asked why and manager told me outside of store is a kiosk for you to print coupons for the other part of sale then also told me you could only get the mark down on 1 of the items. But it doesn’t say that there is a limit. I spent 212.33 when it would have been less then 200.00. It’s so upsetting bc nothing tells you to do this. Also nothing says anything about limit 1. The manager proceeded to tell me “this is how they get people”! But was of no help. I will never go to food lion again. Plus if the kiosk is outside the store why are you told this and why can I not just add the coupon to my app instead of printing out all this paper just to waste it! Need clearer instructions. I would have never got 3 thinks of beads at the same time. Walmarts everyday price is the same price of the regular mvp price and I also got the big laundry again and fabric softener and didn’t get the mark down price for any of this. However who is going to ask to return these items to the shelf once already being bagged up. I will never go to food lion again!! My wife can go if she wants to deal with all this extra time consuming stuff when the store is getting ready to close.

  The sign says Hot Wings available 4-7. Every time I stop in during this time they are not available. I finally asked the deli guy if he was putting out wings and he said “I wasn’t planning on it.” Do you even train your employees how to do a job and how to talk to customers???
