Today, I was mistakenly charged for an extra item I didn’t purchase. When I noticed it and went to customer service to explain, she was the one assisting me. Even though she knew about the mistake, she was unwilling to listen and handled the situation very poorly. There was no apology, even after confirming the error. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way this employee speaks and treats customers is unacceptable. I hope the management looks into this issue, as the rest of the staff and store are great — it’s just this person’s behavior that really brings down the experience.
