The staffs are nice The drinks are fine, but DON’T TRUST THEIR ESTIMATE TIME!!!!!! I ordered at 11:40, and the system showed the estimated pick up time was 12:03. I stayed in the drive through line until 12:02, and the line barely moved. So I went to the window and asked for my drink. They said the drink was not ready. Then I waited until 12:13. I was really cold, and I have been waited for forever. So I went to asked the staff again. This time they told me my drink wasn’t even in process…. But luckily, after I told them I have waited 20 more minutes, they made my drink within 1 minute. But anyway it’s a bad experience.

i’m not much of a reviewer but i’ve been coming to this dutch bros a good bit since it opened and have been trying different rebel flavors, my go to is the peach ring rebel but recently i’ve wanted to change things up. in the drive thru i asked the girl taking my order which one was better, shark attack or dragon egg and she said “i don’t know i don’t drink those” and i then said “oh okay which one would you say is ordered more” and she responded with a bit of attitude saying “do you think i just memorize what people get no” and i was just left a little speechless, she then went on to say that white chocolate in rebels is absolutely disgusting. i ended up just ordering the shark attack because at that point i felt like i would be judged if i ordered the rebel that had white chocolate in it. as someone who is a manger in a similar environment this is not a way i would be treating paying customers.

Been here twice, I'd REALLY recommend using the walk up option, the drive thru, and I'm not exaggerating took 40 minutes. Walk up was 5. The coffee wasn't the best but I think it was honestly partially due to sitting and the ice melting into the drink because the line was just crawling. Big positive though, the staff is fantastic, if they could hire on a few more people to help them perhaps and get things moving a little quicker it could be a lot better but as of now too time consuming.

I lived in Oregon for a bit (the epicenter of Dutch Bros), and am thoroughly underwhelmed by this location despite my giddy excitement when I heard they were opening in Wake County. First, they haven't figured out how to reduce the wait times, I think due to the way this building is constructed. A lot of locations on the West Coast have cars coming in from both directions - for some reason this one has "two" lines that just merge into one, making wait times kind of annoying even if there are only 10ish cars waiting. Second, due to wait times, frozen drinks already start to separate by the time you get to the front. On a day like today, it looked like they made my order as soon as I put it in, then after the 20 minutes I had to wait in line and my drink was sitting on the counter my frozen drink was really more of a kinda cool / room temperature drink. We've tried going about 4-5 times now in the time they've been open and it just isn't worth the wait... I thought they would have figured it out by now in the several months they've been open.

The line is beyond long! After all the waiting, they tell us what we want is no longer available. It was a seasonal flavor. NO SIGNAGE ANYWHERE to show whats no longer available! Kids got 2 drinks with candy straws. We only received 1 and it doesnt even fit in their cup to drink with. Received a Boba drink with a little straw, soooo cant even drink the Boba. Couldn't get my flavor coffee, so had to get the drink they can make close to the butter chocolate chip and it was ABSOLUTELY disgusting! I'll never be back again. Waste of time, waste of money!!
