We’ve been coming to this CAVA location for a while, but recently the experience has really gone downhill. They’re frequently out of ingredients halfway through shifts, and the service has become noticeably worse over time.
Portions have also gotten smaller while prices stay the same, which feels frustrating as a regular customer who visits 2–3 times a week. Even when we offer to pay extra just to get a proper portion, the staff often argue instead of listening or trying to accommodate.
At this point, the inconsistency and lack of customer service has made it hard to justify coming back. It’s disappointing, because this used to be a go-to spot for us. They really need to improve both service and inventory management immediately.

Worst Cava service I’ve ever had. Lazy teenagers shut the entire restaurant down an hour and a half early. They refused to turn the grill on to refill the falafel, refused to refill the greens rack, and had horrible attitudes about it. They charged me double because I made-shift my meal to fulfill the missing pieces. On a Friday night at 8:30pm they were out of almost everything. I hope the adult in charge is aware of this level of customer service.

Went in this morning for a bowl and the girl with blue hair who took my order was so rude for no apparent reason. They weren’t busy, so it’s not like she should have been stressed out by my presence. Horrible customer service skills. Didn’t even finish checking me out before going back to the kitchen to sip her drink.

We’ve been coming here quite often lately and have always been happy — the food is usually great and the portions are good. That’s why today’s visit was really disappointing. The rice was undercooked and very hard, even in chunks in some places, and the portions were much smaller than usual. Honestly, we didn’t expect this, since it has always been much better before. Because of the undercooked rice, we had to throw the food away and ended up buying food somewhere else.

Today, for lunch. I had my very first experience with CAVA. While I was definitely greeted with kindness, the myriad of options was a bit intimidating. However, I was guided every step of the way; and not that "let me help you so you can get out of the way" type of guided, but the "I want you to have a firm grasp of every option so that you can enjoy this meal to the fullest extent" type of guided. After the patience and the true kindness, they even BLESSED me with the meal on the house. After all of that: FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! I would say not to order the 'Pita Bread', but I'd only be saying it so thati could buy all of it!!!!!! It's SOOOOOOO FREAKING GOOD! *Sorry, I went Big Back for a spell* All jokes aside, this place is SPECIAL! You're welcomed with a genuine smile and it's as if they're eager to help you. The service is top notch, and the food is delicious!!!! If you're a fan of any similar spots, I DARE you to try CAVA! You WILL NOT be disappointed!
P.S. I had it for the first time at lunch and Im literally heading back to grab dinner for tonight right now!
