I get to the window, clearly see people inside, sit there roughly 15 minutes for a tea, and then end up having to tap on the window to get someone's attention. The girl at the window said "did you go to the speaker?" I said "yes we did." The girl at the window then comes back with my tea and said "no one in here said they spoke to anyone at the speaker," she then proceeded to ask "was it a robot?" I had three people in my car clearly hear a person inside Panera tell us to drive around. Poor customer service Panera, especially for not taking accountability.

I walk in the restaurant and no one was in there but 2 people, I pick up my order and the guy that was behind the counter in the kitchen wasn’t as pleasant either. I get back to my destination and checked my food and neither of my bagels were toasted or sliced. I didn’t have time to drive back and get new ones, but it would be nice if your workers read specific instructions please and thank you.
