It’s so close to my house so it hurts my heart that the Customer service is TERRIBLE almost every single employee has an attitude, the drinks are never made right, and they always run out of everything which I know is not in their control but the customer service is the real issue. Dunkin please hire new management and different employees so we can enjoy our local coffee shop.

The matcha came out white because it had one scoop of Matcha and way too much milk. I asked them to shake it up so the matcha gets mixed in. They barely did. Pulled into a spot and went inside to have them fix the matcha. They redid it the same way and said that’s how it’s made. Know for a fact that’s bs because other Dunkin’s do it properly. Bagel bites were cold and inedible. Threw everything away immediately. How can a large company that “America runs on” be so bad? Do better.
