The food was good and the general manager is awesome but whoever the little girl is that’s like 4 foot eight with an attitude that works in the drive-through she needs to learn customer service and respect! Acted like I was trying to steal freaking season fries when in reality they left them out of my order so I tried to show her because she swore up and down it was in the box and I know for a fact that it wasn’t… I ordered two supreme meals one with seasoned fries and the other with Mac and cheese, and a two piece breast meal with green beans AND ANOTHER order of seasoned fries.. everything was right, except they left out the seasoned fries for the breast meal but In the same box as the breast there were three individual seasoned fries lol not an order literally three so I went back inside, cause I figured. Maybe they had took them out of that box and put them in the supreme box thinking it was the wrong box.they can even look on the camera outside of me in my car, looking through the boxes for it, but when I said that it wasn’t in the box she threw her hands up and had an attitude and Kept walking away, running her mouth thankfully the general manager was there! I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. I would’ve gladly paid for the season fries again just to have not had to get out of my car and come in there and deal with her attitude! If that’s how employees are going to treat customers I won’t be coming back! It’s not my fault she didn’t put the right food in the right box! Rude little girl needs a reality check!

FIVE STARS (if this were Hells Kitchen)
2:30 on a Saturday and it took 20 minutes just to order with no wait.
Getting food took another 15+ minutes.
Manager leisurely came in, yelled at a line cook, then left with two plates of covered food for himself. No offer to jump in or assist the poor obviously overworked staff. (Cause Crystal called right out on that they make her work 10-12 hour days doing 3 people’s job with no break.)
Men’s restroom nasty. Wife took baby to women’s restroom to change and had to fold changing table up with her knee because it’s broken.
All the time another customer waited over an hour for Mac and cheese!
Hells Kitchen!!!

Went yesterday morning and got a 2 piece combo, and I forgot to ask for honey mustard so I asked the manager? (he didn’t have a hat on so I presume he was one) at the window. He then raises his voice and asks me 3 times what I had, and I answered him each time. He then started shouting at me telling me that because I didn’t ask for it at the speaker that it’s the reason it wasn’t in the box. I asked if it cost money and he said “yes” and looked at me as if I was stupid. I would’ve paid for the sauce, I even would’ve went inside the lobby to pay, but instead of just asking me to pay for it, a grown man yelled at a teen girl over HONEY MUSTARD. The food wasn’t even fresh for it being 11 in the morning. Bojangles is my favorite but I not be returning to this location. Would rather drive the 3 extra miles.
