  My daughter and I came in for breakfast, the bad reviews must be from people that only do the drive through. The manager has such a huge personality and makes your experience positive, our cashier was wonderful. Very positive customer service experience. The manager was working just as hard as the rest of the team and checking on them and making sure they took their breaks. Very impressed with the crew the morning of 4/1/26. Thank you guys!

  I e been to this location twice in a week. The first time I ordered a large cold brew liquid sugar and cold foam. The girl told me that nobody made cold brew the night b4. This was at 10am on a Monday morning. Went again on a Saturday midday a week later and the guy told me they didn't have any cold brew. He was smiling and laughing about it. I grew up in New England. If this happened at any DD up there, someone would be getting fired. They should just fire everybody and close the store.

  there were 6 moldy pieces of bread on display, my friend and i had bought three and all three were moldy at the bottom. these three pieces are the ones that i had found on display. The service was the worst service i’ve ever had. They made both my drink and my boyfriends drink completly wrong, as well as my other friends, and then continued to ignore us while we were standing at the checkout counter.

  So....where to start. I will start with the good..the employee, the young man that works here is really nice. Outside of that there is no reason for me to keep coming here. They are ALWAYS out of all the donuts. How are you going to be a donut store and be out of the donuts! Then, my frozen, sweetened coffee is awful..the online ratios for sweet flavored frozen coffee says it should be 60% cream amd there is zero cream. They put too much coffee flavor or old over strong coffee, zero cream and nothing sweet. Tastes like bitter harsh coffee with nothing in it. Just look at the ratio it should be and the one it actually is. No wonder they have zero business. Taste the monstrous junk yall are giving people and if you wouldn't drink it guess what....your customers shouldn't have to. After taking a sip drove back to the window to try and get them to fix it waited 10 minutes and no one ever came. Do better..Come to Marion and try theirs it is so much better and so much lighter color because it actually has creamer in it and it tastes 10 times better. If you are scrimping to save money it is killing your business. If it tasted better you would have a ton more business

  I visited the in Morganton, NC to grab an iced coffee, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I paid with cash, I was told they didn’t have enough change to give me the remaining 8 cents. Instead of offering a solution, they just stared at me until I agreed to let it go. It’s not about the 8 cents it’s the principle. If I had been 8 cents short, I wouldn’t have been able to get my coffee, so it should go both ways. On top of that, I went to use the restroom and it was in terrible condition. There was urine all over the seat, no toilet paper, and the soap dispenser was laying on the floor. The temporary soap bottle on the counter was also empty. Overall, the lack of basic customer service and cleanliness made this a disappointing visit.
