I have never had any issues with this store until this particular employee started working there older female (Hispanic) I’m certain her name starts with a M she works in the drive thru mostly in the morning times 8am or sometimes mid shift around 230pm. The hassle this lady give me and a friend of mine that sometimes come through in the morning over WATER!!! Is insane it’s so insane that she shoves the large cups of water out the window most of the time and lord forbid if she forget to add my lemon to the water she is always huffing and puffing like it’s a problem every time maybe if she listen correctly when I’m ordering she want for get to add lemon She is very rude to me and my friend.. Today March 10th 2026 I rode with a friend we both had separate orders both orders had large waters and an entree we went through drive thru as soon as we pulled up to the window. 8:12am the (Hispanic lady starts with her rushing our order out the window. I have never did anything to this lady I’m a customer like everyone else so why do she gets so irritated when I order WATER or cups of ICE!!! I was trying toget my chick fila app up to scan for rewards and she starts with her huffing and puffing and of course trying to shove our waters out the window. Like I don’t understand why she is so huffy over WATER!!! Not to mention she gave the wrong order out the window. That’s what happens when your been ugly to your customers It’s every time I come through. Her demeanor is wow!! Evening shift or other staff have no problem it’s always her. I’m so sick of it. Almost a year now I have put of with her mess. She needs to learn some customer service skills. I barely even coming through in the mornings so I can avoid her. Like it’s WATER!!!!!!! Why are you so bent out of shape over WATER!!!
