  Went in 30 minutes before closing, they ignored us for several minutes until I asked if they were open in the lobby and they said it's not suppose to be open and just kept going so we left and went somewhere else as it didn't seem like it was a priority to serve or communicate with customers

  The food was excellent. The staff including management were extra professional and kind. Not only would I recommend but I will definitely return. Great food great service with speed efficiency professionalism and kindness. It was truly refreshing in today's environment. Thank you.

  They don’t give you napkins or straws they wanna rush you out they gave me cold Bo rounds the biscuits was breaking up as soon as you pick it up I don’t know what’s going on here but Bojangles need to fix it

  Wasted 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break, (after hearing them notified I was waiting at the front register) Just listening to them yell at eachother, complain about working and talking smack about employees that called out. But drive thru was helped instantly woth no line. Don't waste your time dealing with these employees

  Good luck getting food, no one even acknowledged the people waiting to order. Chaotic and not even busy. This place is not efficient. Employees just waking around not doing anything.
