  Local so here enough to know when service is bad. Sitting in drive thru at 10:40 then inside by 10:55 next in line and still not asked to wait or sorry for the trouble give me a moment; nothing!! Left by 11:00 am

  Ordered a 2pc leg and thigh, got a breast and wing instead. Went inside and told them. Workers seemed like they didn't care and no apologies. Food is good but customer service could use a lot of work.

  I usually stop at this one in morganton n.c Employees are fast and friendly Biscuits were awesome 👌 I was in hurry that day ..but will go back to dine in with them soon .

  AI BS ordering....need i say more.....try to order, the stupid computer doesn't get anything right that I am saying. Then get to the window and confirm the order and still end up with 1 more combo than what I ordered. Nothing was right on the screen and the AI bot kept saying I am working on your order. I gave up and drove around. No bag for my food and I am 30 min from home, they have no drink tray and even though I was charged for 4 combos and only wanted 3, 2 drinks were left off and the employees got them for me but I am not fighting a incorrect bs computer that is dumb as a hammer. Just get me out of here at this point. Will never order here again and that's a fact. AI can't do jack but let's replace a human with it to save money. I am saving my money to avoid it in the future because it sucks. Never again. Take your AI and .......get home and my 5 piece combo was a 4 piece. Obviously the AI is helping them count too. Food mediocre at best. Sad state of affairs. No wonder the parking lot is empty. It will stay that way. Pitiful example of a food place. I would close it down if it were me. Next time I will pay more and go somewhere worth my time. What a waste. Old dry chicken. Watered down old unsweetened tea. Disappointed. McDonald's dumpster would likely be better. Am being extremely generous with 2 stars. Can only imagine what the inside looks like.
