  I've put off eating here since they opened because I've never had anyone local tell me "you have to try it"! When people say the best thing on the menu is a salad at a Tex-Mex restaurant, you know you have issues. We ended up going here because Jack's next door had an hour wait. While the service and the margarita was good, the food was not. I had a Baja chicken wrap. The chicken wasn't much more than one nugget in each half of the wrap, but there was A LOT of lettuce and other filler. The black beans were the best thing on my plate. I will not go back. This restaurant was much better when it was the Ruddy Duck.

  Last Friday, my family and I went to Tower 7 in Morehead City, and it was amazing. We came for the view and the food, and we had the best server! Her name was Alexis — she was so fast, super friendly, and honestly really funny. Not only will we be back for the view, but we’ll also be back to see her. Our food was amazing and the portions were quite large. I highly recommend!

  We were a party of 11. Whoever was in charge of seating thought that it was a good idea to have a new waitress serve us with no help. The food was not good. The corn tortillas were hard. The beans were not fully cooked and the rice tasted old. Took over 15 to get our payment methods back.

  ACP It said grilled chicken but I think that chicken was grilled off site (Frozen) probably microwaved and sliced on top of some already cooked rice and smothered in so much cheese. You couldn't taste what was under it. Probably the most flavorless ACP I've ever had. My husband had probably the worst taco salad he's ever had. It was huge but was mostly shredded lettuce,very little meat, lots of black beans and not much flavor. He didn't eat even 1/4 of it. He also had an extra point which he said might have had a thimble full of liquor in it. The total cost of this meal for us was $48. Will definitely never go back.

  The waiting staff is fantastic, they are extraordinary kind, if you get Summer as you waiter she is the best, she took great care of us. Our food came out fast and was prepared well. Not much can go wrong getting food here, it’s well worth your time. The building has a good view over the sound while you enjoy your meal.
