  Ordered online and did not receive my entire order - also, sandwich described as toasted and hot - it was cold

  Horrible that when writing reviews we all get the same automatic response. Delivery is quick however them making the sandwhich correctly is rare. We ordered delivery on 12/14/2025 received our order and one of the subs was incorrect. They put the incorrect cheese on the sub. This has happened consistently over the months. This includes adding no requested toppings or condiments. If this individual store isn't going to read the customizations or can't read them at all there is a bigger problem. We call the store and they ask us to return the sub. I understand wanting verification of the correct order however we wouldn't have to do this is you simply read it in the first place.

  Sandwich was good. No hand washing. No hair net. Not even close toe shoes. 😳

  Not a fan of Jimmy John's... They don't even have pepperoncini or yellow peppers!
