I placed the added order on my phone and my spouse placed the original order on his phone, same address but different names and payment methods. I got my order but per the dominos app his order was delivered, which it wasn’t. I suspect the delivery driver didn’t realize there were two separate orders, which is understandable. I called dominos back and inquired about the order saying delivered on the website , when in fact it was not. The lovely young lady who answered the phone said she had to talk to her manager regarding the issue. The end result being that the original order was on the way shortly. When we did get it, it was cold and inedible. I just wish that they were more transparent and once the mistake was realized would have prepared it fresh. I will not be ordering from here again.
