  My kids and I went in to eat lunch and I did not feel welcomed at all by the staff the man who welcomed us after we stood in line for awhile as he was talking to another employee had tattoos on his face and I then i felt rushed after he said what can I help u with there was not much to choose from he did say they r behind of things but they sure did have a lot of staff in the building the food was dry like it’s been sitting for awhile and when we were sitting down eating my daughter seen a cockroach crawling on the floor I really thought Chipotle was made fresh daily, but that is clearly a faults advertisement at this restaurant

  Mobile ordered for pickup at 11 waited 15 minutes since my order was not on the shelf but my coworker who also had 11 o clock pick up his order was already on the shelf. Finally decided to stand in line since standing next to the shelf brought me no service. They had put my mobile in store pick up order on the drive through shelf. Told me there was no chimichurri when they finally gave me it so I asked for vinaigrette instead but they said they didn’t have that either, mind you they opened 30 minutes ago so it should have been prepped. I paid an extra dollar for the sauce and left with no sauce, terrible portion size and some nasty food. THRILLED! 😒

  i put in a online order at 2 for a pickup time of 230 i arrived at 240 to pick up my food i wait in the lobby where its also busy im patiently wait for at least 45 minutes with other customers who put in a order online before someone come out and asks us if we have a order. they took a picture of my order and left and so i keep waiting. after about a hour in a half i see new people coming and going with food before me and the other online orders. it turns out the kitchen just REFUSED to make online orders they were only serving drive through and dine in. so i hopped in the dine in line like everyone else who was getting food and they REFUSED to make my food when i got up to the counter because apparently online orders had to be made on the other side of the kitchen so i was fed up and just wanted a refund and funny enough they couldn’t give me one and gave no reason . terrible service. AND THEY WILL STRAIGHT UP ROB YOU OF HOURS OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I think half the staff was huffing galaxy gas before they clocked in because wow and iv waited a week before posting this because they never got back with me about the money they STOLE

  Placed an order proceeded to drive through line got there early. My pick up time was 5:50 got there at 5:30 noticed the line was long so I got in line took me till 6:40 to get my food. tried to cancel my order but unfortunately it’s not possible after you pay for it through the app. Thought my order would be ready by the time I get to the window right. I get to the window they ask for the name on the order I tell them they then proceed to make my order but failed to make the correct Angelas order so I went inside to try and fix it and was told I’d have to wait ain’t no way. Attempted to contact Chipotle online to be credited or refunded and wouldn’t you know I received a credit for free large chips. It wouldn’t credit me for my actual meal. The funniest part of it I thought well I got some ones food maybe it’ll be good the red salsa was so hot and I swear they asked for extra to be put on there ended up just throwing it away waste of 40 dollars. Ps Angela L your orders trash who ever got my order hope you were blessed. Y’all I understand it’s busy it’s a new place but honestly have never seen such a dysfunctional team it’s not a great start.

  My wife and I went into Chipotle in MHC tonight. I have been working in restaurants, for the better part of my life. One thing I definitely know is restaurants, from cleaning a clogged toilet, to food, labor, and all the percentages you should meet in order to be a great profitable business. With that being said : I am EXTREMELY impressed. Normally when restaurants first open. It basically is a huge stress test. Where are the weak spots, what employees are not cut out for this type of job, things of that nature. It is a time when they make mistakes, and they see it, they fix it, and become an even better place for there staff and customers. With all that being said. I can not believe how (not well) but GREAT everyone did. The food is absolutely AMAZING. The staff super friendly. I like to joke and have fun. ( some people say I mess around too much) but honestly, we ( my wife & I had the best time) the staff was not uptight cause they were getting their butts kicked. They were just having fun, a good time. That rubs off onto the customer. That is huge in customer service. I realized a huge part of it was from the GM Tyler. From running as many restaurants as I have. I know without a good leader, your staff will be unhappy and that will rub off on your customers. The way this restaurant was run, the employees being in the weeds, but still smiling, laughing and being able to put up with my dumbass. Says alot, a real lot. To the GM Tyler. You are doing a terrific job. Your employees show it, the food show it. GREAT JOB CHIPOTLE. IT IS HARD FOR A RESTAURANT TO IMPRESS ME, BUT YOU GUYS PULLED IT OFF. THANK YOU
