We had ordered online for pick up and found out when we arrived, at no fault of his, that not all the ingredients to complete the order were there. But what really earned them 5 stars is the friendliness of the staff there. My father in law drove away with out his credit card. The guy at the window yelled at my father in-law to get him to stop. He then jumped out the pick up window to run over and give the credit card. After giving the credit card back to my father in-law he then ran back and jumped back through the window. It was a great experience!

Both times coming we had to go through multiple different menu items before we found something they had. This time we gave up and left. If you want to actually get something off the menu that you want I don't recommend here.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
