I wanted to write a review to highlight the wonderful experience we had today with Austin though. We had ordered online for pick up and found out when we arrived, at no fault of his, that not all the ingredients to complete the order were there. The chocolate cake inside the ice cream cake was completely inedible! They used raspberry and butter pecan ice cream to decorate the top of the cake when it was shown as chocolate and cookies n cream. The whole cake was poorly decorated as well! Poor customer service inside the restaurant as well! Very disappointed! Will not be returning to this location for baskin Robbins or for Dunkin donuts! I ordered an iced coffee while waiting for them to get my cake. The coffee had a sour taste! Was not able to drink it!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
