  10 of us showed up at Buffalo Wild Wings last night to celebrate Miguel’s birthday. It was a last minute idea and we didn’t call ahead. We just showed up as a party of 10 to have supper and celebrate someone we love. Our server’s name was Mahlana. We were not her only table and she waited on us alone. I have been a waitress and when that happened to me, I would get overwhelmed and sometimes frustrated, especially during peak hours, peak season. Mahlana never missed a beat. She waited on us with ease and kindness. Everytime someone would ask for a refill, she was on it. She treated us like we were her only customers. She didn’t wait for us to ask her, she was constantly coming over to our table and asking us how we were doing and if we needed anything. She was truly a blessing and made our celebration even more special. I don’t know if BBW knows , but they have a gem in her as an employee.   We ordered using door dash. I order is absolutely unacceptable. Missed every single add on for TWO burgers got the carrots and celery wrong.. only gave celery AND salad was disgusting the “boneless wings” look like they are from McDonald’s… nasty just thrown in a box this place won’t stay open for much longer! Wish we had read these reviews before dropping $100! …they should work on giving me a refund. I hat a disaster….. clearly read these reviews… unbelievable… does corporate know about this?

  On 3/15/26 We entered Buffalo Wild Wings at roughly 3:45 PM after waiting on the girl working in the bar to finally come back take our order at 4:10 we finally ordered. We replaced a carryout order. It was finally ready to go at 4:50 PM. There was only a couple tables in the restaurant one other man at the bar our waitress disappeared. We couldn’t get a drink refill and we finally got our food and was able to walk out the door at 5:08 PM. We specifically ask if they have the food was Spicy the waitress said no nothing was spicy and we asked for cheesecake. She said she’ll check and see if they have it. She never did and then she disappeared. Somebody else helped us get her order and we left and I got ultimate sampler the boneless wings had sweet barbecue on them, which was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. The burger sliders has some hot sauce on it. I couldn’t eat them pretzel. Nuts were like bricks and the onion rings had onion peel still on them. I threw out an $18 meal couldn’t eat anything my friend ordered bacon cheddar jumbo tots, which had a rub on them and it was so spicy. She couldn’t eat them. They were black. They had so much rub on them the dip they gave us was Spicy buffalo dip I tried calling the store. The manager wasn’t available. They gave my number never called me last night. I tried calling today. I got the front of the store manager. She couldn’t help me. She was gonna have to take my information and try to give it to the manager again. She was very rude to me and I called Customer Service. They told me they’ll give me a refund. I’ll take 3 to 5 days still I’m not talking to a manager. There’s a problem at the store and there’s a reason at 5 o’clock at night. It’s empty somebody needs to wake up. This used to be a great place to go. I wouldn’t take my dog there now. Their service is horrible and the management just sucks and even the corporate office don’t care at your own risk.!!!! I will never go there again!!!

  Stopped in for a drink. The bar had 2 other customers. And probably 1 table sat. As a local, I want Buffalo Wild Wings to do well, but the customer service is currently missing the mark. My recent visit was sluggish; the bartender didn't offer suggestions and the communication was poor (especially when my CC disappeared for 8 minutes). There’s so much potential here—especially if they offered a Saturday Happy Hour to draw in the weekend shoppers. Currently, the staff seemed unmotivated, and it shows in the small details like sweating drinks sitting unserved at the bar. I felt compelled to deliver them myself. This was Saturday afternoon.
