  I was excited to try this place as I have not been to one And always wanted to try it. First off the service was awful, The employees didn’t wanna help when asked a question about their menu Just gave quick short answers. Got my food sat down and I wanted to try the sauce. I just a little sample and I had asked the young guy that was helping the dining area if I could get like just a little cup just to taste. He came back and told me that he was told in order for me to try I have to buy it. He was very helpful. I was not upset with him. He was just doing what he was told. I ended up purchasing a sample When I went up to the counter, I had asked about purchasing one cause I wasn’t gonna argue and she just rolled her eyes at me and kind of tossed me the sauce like it was an inconvenience and they weren’t even busy.

  What are treat to have in Mooresville! Sometimes I need something heavy in the mornings, and sometimes it has been a long day and I don't have the energy to cook late at night, fortunately Whataburer come in to town and filling the gap for those kinds of meals! Delicious options, friendly staff, and always a clean area to come in a enjoy your meal. I will definitely keep coming back.

  As a Texas native I was very excited to get a Whataburger 20 mins from my house. Now I will say during the day I have had decent food from this location however I came tonight at 11pm to get breakfast and it’s almost 1am and I just received my food there was only 3 cars in front of me before I ordered it took a good 45 mins to actually make it to the box to order and it took another 45 mins to get my food which was only a honey butter chicken meal . I think this is a staff issue I saw the same guy by himself taking orders and running orders . Pls do better waiting almost 2 hours for 1 meal is crazy .

  Metal washer in my wife's food. I think they didn't really believe me (besides the manager Ryan), because the concern from a higher up and the next day manager was equal to that of being offered a free meal after sending in the pictures, and having to wait on the manager in person because he was "too busy" to come help me, until I told the kid behind the counter I was losing my patience. Of course this wasn't a body part in our food, like many stories you've heard in the past, but come on, it could have turned into something serious if my wife hadn't taken of her lettuce to reheat her food.

  I'm so absolutely disappointed with this Whataburger in Mooresville. I'm a born and raised Texan who grew up with Whataburger being a consistent part of my diet for 40+ years. I was so excited to have Whataburger come to Mooresville but they showed up and hired the laziest, unfriendliest, most unprofessional staff of all time. It's embarrassing that this is what Whataburger is showcasing as a representation of their company. If I could select zero stars, I would.
