  I walked into this establishment, very angry because my order was sent to the incorrect Wendy’s the manager on duty. Dell was fantastic more than willing to help me figure out what the problem was.

  Normally I would show grace to places like this, but this is unacceptable. We were in the drive through and the worker handed us a coffee COMPLETELY unmixed, with the syrup fully separated from the coffee in the cup. I ordered a Coca Cola and it tasted like someone mixed cherry cough syrup in it. It also tasted watered down.🤢 I unwrap my burger and it is soaked in grease,mayo, and ketchup, making the bun slide off. The fries were old and cold, and I also received a black/burnt fry. Normally I don’t really care about stuff like this because it is fast food, but this was just completely disappointing.

  Won’t be back. Service speed has gone out the door last few times I came here, from the time you order in drive through to the time i got My Food was 20-25 mins. That’s with only two Cars ahead of me. EXTREMELY SLOW. This place will run it self out of business. Don’t come here if you want a decently quick service experience. Go to Cook Out next door instead.

  Had me sitting there waiting then I pulled off because I was waiting too long and no one was even at the window being helped so they let me sit there and didn’t take my order I won’t be back .
