  I went to Wendy’s earlier and they forgot my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. When I went back inside to let them know, the employee acted like I was lying, but eventually remade it. As I was leaving, she said, “I hope you choke on it.” I went back inside to address what she said, and suddenly she wanted to act scared—but then followed me outside and tried to start a fight. The entire staff was rude and unprofessional. No customer should ever be treated like that. I won’t be coming back to this location again. The employee appeared to be a middle-aged woman, likely in her 50s, with brown hair and glasses. She was working behind the counter and was the person who spoke to me when I came back about my order.

  Months ago, I got food poisoning here. No big deal, it was one time out of the dozens of times I've ate here. The big issue was recent. I placed a mobile order. It went through, took my money. I got there, it was entirely closed. I understand most places have been closed recently due to the weather, but every other place turns off their mobile ordering. $20 gone, never got my food. I've contacted customer service 5 times. Only heard back once, they credited $25 worth of coupons to my rewards account. And then they took the credit away an hour later! It's been over a week and I still haven't received a refund or heard back from anybody.

  Kids love it. Been here multiple times. Always warm smiles and hot food. WiFi doesn’t work.
