  Owner or manager tall white guy. Was a real jerk doesn’t need to interact with public very rude guy. I came in for Grubhub order on 3/11/2026 around 12:30. Look in cubby hole didn’t see told him I was picking up an order for Kevin K, he repeatedly said for for for I said Grubhub. He proceed to raise his voice and tell me look to my right and another cubby hole which I didn’t see. Then he says check the name as if I can’t read real jerk. With that service you won’t be around long buddy.

  This place usually has good service and good food but I just went and this is how my açaí bowl looked. I’ve gotten an açaí bowl from here so many times and it’s never looked like this. Super disappointed and not at all worth $11.

  Walked into the place to pick up a mobile order on a Sunday morning before noon. The food entree or smoothie were not ready at the correct time. The two workers were overwhelmed by the 10 customers in the store waiting for their food to be made. The employee decided to make a handwritten sign to stick on the door to tell customers the store was closed and proceeded to lock the door (all while wearing the food gloves) and then proceeding to make my food entree item. I couldn’t cancel the order at this point from the app or request a refund. The employees stated they were new and didn’t know how to give me or any other customers asking for a refund our money back. The next customer near me stated she waited for 30 minutes and just wanted her money back. I personally stood in store for 25 minutes and couldn’t get my money back. I threw out my food which I saw get prepared by nasty food gloves. Unsanitary conditions, and lack of customer service training. A manager or shift supervisor should have been working to help guide the new employees on how to handle the rush of in store and online customer orders. I highly advise against placing a mobile order here. Visit the store at your own discretion and scout it out before you place an online/app order for anything ahead of time. Most likely I would walk in and walk right out of here.

  Staff wasn’t friendly at all… not greeting people as they come in, not acknowledging the customers waiting to order, not taking orders with a timely manner, I watched two customers walk out due to not being greeted or acknowledged. Older man was extremely rude to a customer when they asked him a question. They seemed under staffed and maybe they need more help. Overall unhappy with my experience
