  I ordered on DoorDash today and the store is SUPPOSED to open at 9AM. I ordered at 9:10am. The app literally won’t let you order if the store is closed. Well, color me surprised that my dasher calls me after 45 minutes of waiting to tell me that the store was never opened. I had to call up support to get a refund. 🤦 They were late to opening their own store. 🫩 Every time I order from this location, it’s always a hit or miss. The beans are always dry, and their tomatoes taste as though they’re spoiled so I always have to have them removed. I ordered sweet tea twice and it always tastes like foul urine. This location OFTEN forgets my chips and nachos in my box orders. This location SERIOUSLY needs to clean the whole roster of employees and start fresh or retrain ALL of them in food preparation and maintaining fresh stock. If I go into town and go to the other Taco Bell, it’s always made fresh and accurate, so this is a location specific issue.

  Omg this is by far the slowest and I mean wow!!! Make a run for the boarder and I know that’s 90s but damn at the speed this one moves you could literally make a run for it

  Horrible location. Employees just complain and argue about everything while customers keep waiting. No work ethic at all and poor leadership! Will not be taking anymore deliveries from this location. Leadership needs to take ownership and admit fault followed by firing and rehiring the complete staff. Horrible! The Taco Bell about 2 miles down the road by Walmart does better.

  This place lacks LEADERSHIP. They have no leaders, no managers, and no training. This is 100% on the owner and managers. Straight up read your reviews you have major issues. Employees don't know how to talk to customers, read orders, make the correct item, or count the items. Thus place is a joke, and until a leader steps up, I am not returning. Neither are your employees by how things went down tonight. Three of them clocked out and walked out the front door and left while there was a line of incorrect orders waiting to be fulfilled. Train your employees. For any customers reading this: drive the extra mile or two and visit another location because this owner DOES NOT CARE.

  Had the worst taco bell experience ever last night, we came in for lunch break during work, proceeded to order and all of our friends thar ordered after us reviewed their food in roughly 15 mins, my fiance and I however had to wait 45 mins for our food and they still forgot our cinnamon twists. I can say with confidence this is the last time I will be going to taco bell as a whole, this location is terrible and messes up orders consistently. If you value your time, go to any other food place nearby. I will be calling the support number when they are open to complain further. All of the employees were moving at a snails pace with the manager no where to be seen 20 mins into waiting, clearly none of the employees care and honestly this location shouldn't be open in these conditions.
