  I’m honestly just thoroughly annoyed with this place. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a Rte. 44 Strawberry Limeade. That’s it. There were 2 cars ahead of me and at first, no one behind me. The first car gets served and leaves, then they come up to me and go “did you order a strawberry slush” to which I politely responded “no I ordered a Rte. 44 Strawberry Limeade” she said okay and walked away. Then the car in front of me gets served and they leave. I’m first in line now and there’s one car behind me. They come out again and go “you ordered a large strawberry slush right?” To which I again responded (also politely) : “no, I ordered a rte 44 strawberry limeade.” She said oh okay and went to talk to the car behind me. Then she goes back in and comes out again. She brings the car behind me their food and they leave. She comes up to me again and says “large strawberry slush?” To which, for the 4th time I politely say “no, a rte 44 strawberry limeade” At this point it’s been 20 minutes and she passes me again to get to the other car that has pulled up behind me and says “she’s remaking it right now.” A couple minutes later she comes out with my drink. She hands me the Rte 44 and goes “okay here’s your really big drink” I thank her and look at the top where I see the real strawberry pieces like a strawberry limeade is supposed to have. I pay and then pull away. I am getting out onto the main road and put my straw in my drink and take a sip. At this point you’ve probably guessed it but if not…. ITS A STRAWBERRY SLUSH. As I mentioned, I was there for over 20 minutes. Should I have gone back? Maybe, but I was already on my way and didn’t have another 20 minutes for a drink. I understand this is probably insignificant but I should also mention that I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a Rte 44 Strawberry Limeade. Please do better.

  I got the fish sandwich and I gotta say it is the nastiest fish sandwich I've ever tasted. Overcooked, burnt, and still tasted so fishy it's unbearable. Cod should not taste this bad. It's also the size of a slider. Absolutely disgusting.

  I like this food and am saddened that the Sonic in my town Statesville is closed. I have visited several Sonic restaurants in our area and would recommend them all.

  Worker got our order wrong, and was very rude. Took another 20 mins to get the correct order, and it tasted awful and left me feeling sick.

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. Set at the pull up order for 10 mins no one came to take our order, went through drive through no one was there to take anyone’s order. We were 3rd car in line so I downloaded app and did a mobile order said it would be ready in 5 mins we set there and waited for over an hr for our food. Got our food it was cold, super small portion (by this I mean fries were halfway empty, medium burger the size of a small) and the our drinks were literally so watered down that we had to trash them. I will never go here ever again.
