  Called store to order pizza and went to pickup, just to find out they’re closed. Called back and was told I was speaking to a call center and that my order had never actually been placed since the location I called is closed.

  Every time I've been in here the staff is super friendly. There have been times where the pizza is done after the estimated wait time but the staff are all working their butts off to try and keep up with some arbitrary timer that automatically quotes 20-30 minutes without actually taking into account how busy this location gets. Kudos to all of the staff that works here!

  This place is a JOKE. Went there to pick up my order and had to wait over an hour+ for my order. Even when the screen stated that the order is ready. Tried to get an update on the order but they just freaking ignored me and all the other customers. After waiting another 20+ minutes. I finally got a response from one of the employee. And all he said it be ready in a few minutes. Another 15 minutes later, still nothing. After a long hour of waiting. I finally got my order. I recommend going somewhere else for your pizza. Like Hawthorne’s NY Pizza, Dominoes Pizza or Little Caesars Pizza.

  Switched to this Pizza Hut location after receiving terrible service at a different location. I was very pleased that the employees here had not adopted the poor customer service habits of other locations.
