  Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes after ordering, before I gave up and left. They have no desire to give customer service. Go to River Highway

  Horrible customer service from both managers involved. I ordered food on the app and when I got to the window was told to move forward because they were waiting on fries. I immediately turn off my car and walk inside not only are they not waiting on fries but they are in the middle of bagging several other orders with an entire thing of fries cooked ready to be dumped. I finally get my food and they have onions on my daughter’s plain burger. When I initially asked to speak to a manager, I had an employee from the line approach me in a combative manner Only for me to tell him if he’s not a manager to mind his business. Both of the managers I encountered the afternoon of April 7 Had horrible customer service the alleged GM walked away from me while I was still talking the employee who was disrespectful refused to give me her name and was not wearing a name tag and I will be on the phone with corporate until I see something done

  Hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I decided to try the Arch burger and initially thought wow this not good. Turns out its because the positively scorched the bun. To add to that, the fries container was half empty. That is before I ate any fries. They were - additionally - completely unsalted. I do not normally care much for McDonalds but I am going to avoid it like the plague going forward.

  This McDonald’s on Brawley School Road in Mooresville continues to decline each time I go & unfortunately I won’t be going back. I’m trying to figure out why they constantly make mistakes with the way the food is made & constructed. They never put the correct toppings on any of the burgers particularly onions & pickles or both . ( I’ve even had them forget the meat ) They also construct the food by literally throwing everything on creating a mess. I actually need to say don’t forget & they still do . The problem is people don’t care …. This is not only the cooks making the food but also the management & owners . The way McDonald’s is managed as a company needs to change . Other fast food chains can do these things very effectively I’m sure McDonald’s can also. At one time McDonald’s was the shining star definitely not now .
