  Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Got our order wrong and forgot a drink. Food was horrible. After going back in to request the FORGOTTEN DRINK, was ignored FOUR TIMES before the “nice” lady decided to give me attitude and tell me off for saying “excuse me?” Yeah thanks. Will not be going to this location again. Workers are unorganized, slow, rude, and lazy. And food is crap.

  Went there today to try out the new meals they offered and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. I asked for a large meal, they handed me a medium drink. I politely said “hey I ordered a large drink, may I please hand this one back and have a large one.” He showed me his ticket that said medium. So I showed him my receipt that said I paid for a large. He shrugged and said ugh fine whatever pull up and we’ll get it. Then after looking in the bag they didn’t give us the apple pie I paid for only for the person at the front to roll their eyes at me and go really? I just left. I’ve never seen such disrespectful workers at a fast food place. I will not be returning and I recommend anyone who goes there to make sure you have your receipt ready because even after you just placed the order they are clueless.

  Just a rough business with employees that dont want to work, rather they just wanna send you to the waiting line until they wanna do their job, past 5 times ive been here “pull up to drive thru 3 and your food will be out” and I wait 10+ minutes everytime

  These five stars are specifically for Elijah! I had an unpleasant experience with the food I purchased, and he happened to be at the counter and not only heard me out, but assisted me. In the five years I have been going to this McDonald’s, my McFlurry’s have constantly looked like crap and lacked the proper flavors! However, when Elijah made my McFlurry, it brought me back to the old times how the McFlurry should be! Every time I come to this McDonald’s I will be asking for Elijah to make my McFlurry! Thank you, Elijah for being the best part of this McDonald’s.

  How long have yall's to go menu screens been down? It wasn't just one but both are down. I understand people have smartphones and use the app, but some don't eat out that often to justify it. The customer service was nice. Food was okay. We were disappointed with our fries being cold though. Will make note to ask for fresh ones next time. And the Big Arch burger isn't all that, the sauces is literally just mustard and ketchup mixed together.
