  The girl at the window is very friendly and polite. We did wait in the drive thru for over 30 mins for 2 combo meals . It was frustrating bc we could see all the different dd services pulling in after we got there the entire time. Won't be going back

  This place lacks LEADERSHIP. They have no leaders, no managers, and no training. This is 100% on the owner and managers. Straight up read your reviews you have major issues. Employees don't know how to talk to customers, read orders, make the correct item, or count the items. Thus place is a joke, and until a leader steps up, I am not returning. Neither are your employees by how things went down tonight. Three of them clocked out and walked out the front door and left while there was a line of incorrect orders waiting to be fulfilled. Train your employees. For any customers reading this: drive the extra mile or two and visit another location because this owner DOES NOT CARE.

  Had the worst taco bell experience ever last night, we came in for lunch break during work, proceeded to order and all of our friends thar ordered after us reviewed their food in roughly 15 mins, my fiance and I however had to wait 45 mins for our food and they still forgot our cinnamon twists. I can say with confidence this is the last time I will be going to taco bell as a whole, this location is terrible and messes up orders consistently. If you value your time, go to any other food place nearby. I will be calling the support number when they are open to complain further. All of the employees were moving at a snails pace with the manager no where to be seen 20 mins into waiting, clearly none of the employees care and honestly this location shouldn't be open in these conditions.

  50 minute wait.... I get prioritizing drive thru. But thats crazy. It wasn't even very busy. Didn't get the right order either.. The employees were polite! So I'm not saying they were extra rude or anything, wait was just insane. But they didn't do anything to comp the order or anything like that.

  Meat was not fresh at all on my tacos it didn't even feel heated up. I understand fast food is fast food but you can at least heat it up because it should still be safe for me being pregnant to get a taco without having to drive all the way home to heat it or not be able to eat it simply because the meats cold or seems improperly handled. I asked for sauce and recieved no sauces. I didnt get napkins. I did not get a utensil for the Mexican pizza ordered either. Guess if you want something right you need to go inside just to make sure you get sauces, napkins, and utensils but theres still no guarantee it'll be warm or hot. Used to be my favorite taco bell but not worth it anymore.
