Throughout the interaction, Ethan was rude and passive-aggressive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. His tone and attitude did not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service I expect from Subway. I believe this behavior falls short of Subway’s customer service standards, and it negatively impacted what should have been a simple and pleasant dining experience.
