When I entered around 615pm on Friday, January 2, there were FIVE employees in the back doing paying NO attention to the front until I was able to get their attention! Very poor management! There are too many better options in Mooresville!!

I told her that they charge me for fruit and it was supposed to be free as a side because that’s what the employee told me. I showed her the receipt that they charged me for it. She went to the manager, but the manager told her that a fruit cups are not free the employee came back and said sorry the fruit cup isn’t free. I said ok but we get the fruit cup and it was half full. Very disappointed. I will never go back there again. Not to mention it was 6pm and no cookies.

- RORichard OlsenNov 11, 20252.0The men’s bathroom toilet paper all over the floor and a big hole in the wall, sink didn’t drain and was half full of dirty soapy water. Every table we went to was dirty, there were no napkins in any of dispensers in the store. When we asked, we were sent to the pick up window but no napkins. Eventually they offered two but that was clearly not enough for 4 including 2 small kids. When we left still no napkins or clean tables. The kids grilled cheese had big bread and very little cheese. Chicken noodle soup was good. Please note they were not busy! We probably won’t be back.
