I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and it was burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. They are supposed to cook the sausage, egg and bagel separately, then assemble but they appear to have, assembled it all cold and then put the sandwich in the oven and cooked twice, thinking that would be enough. Might work on thinner sandwiches but not on this one. Pure laziness because it didn’t even save them time doing it this way.

Started going here since the DD closest to where I live is no good. But now, this will be the last time I go to this one. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel w cream cheese. There was just barely cream cheese on the bagel and bagel was hard. I asked for a softer one and was told they are all hard. No customer service what so ever. I ended up throwing the bagel in trash. Dont go here.

I stopped by around 3:30 in the afternoon (Thursday September 25th, 2025) to pick up a mobile order from drive through. There was nobody in line and the place was completely dead, so I went ahead and pulled forward to the window rather than stopping at the speaker. (again, my order was already placed/completed, it was a mobile order).
The woman at the window proceeds to yell at me and says "just so you know it's common courtesy to stop at the speaker first".....like, ok. Yes, I should've stopped at the speaker first. I did not cut the line (again the place was COMPLETELY dead, no line) and I could have gone without the lecture and rude attitude though.
She, of course, wasn't wearing a name tag, so I don't know her name, but this was a blonde, heavier-set older woman with glasses. (I don't mean that as a pejorative, it's just a description). I went back up to the location a little while later to be the bigger person and apologize and her co-workers seemed all too familiar with people complaining about this lady's horrible attitude and rudeness. They didn't say so explicitly, but their tone suggested they've heard this before and they both insisted that there was no need to apologize and that she should learn to show some more respect to people. (their words, not mine).
The two employees that I spoke with later were both very polite and understanding and I appreciated them taking the time to hear me out, but this other woman needs to be gone. Reading through some of these other reviews, I'm almost certain I am not the only person that's dealt with her and walked away in a terrible mood because she's ruined their experience with her attitude and rudeness.

I'm so glad they were doing interviews because nobody on current staff knows what they're doing. Delivery driver waiting 10 minutes watching multiple people order and get their food before an employee tells me they can't complete My order because they are out of something. I'm sorry but I don't get paid by the hour like you guys. And that 10 minutes could have been spent trying to get ahold of the customer to tell them something that you can't provide.

Had the worst experience today at this location. I had enough points for a free espresso drink of my choice so I ordered a cereal milk latte and scanned my app at the window. This “manager” comes over to the window trying to tell me that the reward is for an “extra shot or espresso” in a drink. A 900 point reward for a $2 shot of espresso?? I told her that was wrong and that I’ve gotten a free latte of my choice multiple times with that reward. Somehow it magically works now and I get my free drink. As I’m driving away I realize my drink taste nothing like espresso or cereal milk. So I go inside and politely ask the girl standing at the counter if it could be remade (I usually don’t mind if it taste a little off but this drink tasted like straight up water.) The girl kindly says she could remake it. Well here comes this manager again, she said “what’s the matter with it?” with an attitude. At this point I’m frustrated, everyone else is trying to help me out and this “manager” is just wanting to argue with me. I told her it didn’t taste right and again with the attitude she said “well unfortunately we gave you the last of the cereal milk” 😀 I bet you did girl. I kindly asked for a caramel latte instead and she just walked off rolling her eyes. At this point I’m not even in the mood for a coffee, my whole experience was ruined by this “manager”. I wish I could tell you her name but as unprofessional as she was being, her outfit matched it!! No name tag in sight!! Needless to say, the 2nd drink sucked too. I lost my points and had a terrible experience. I will not be back to this location.
