The order was placed before 11:00 a.m. the order left the store at 11:14 a.m. and his job is 5 miles away which is a 10-minute drive. Estimated delivery time was 11:45 and then it jumpef to 11:53. Then estimated delivery time jumpef to 1208 almost an hour after it left the store. By that point his break was over meaning the food has to sit in the lobby or outside the door until his next break at 2:30 p.m. that was a complete waste of time and his hard-earned money. I understand that you cannot give exact delivery times and I don't expect that but what I do expect is for food not to take an hour to get to its destination when the destination is only 5 miles away. He waited to take his break until it said delivery in progress. I wanted to complain and was told to search for corporates number in Google

I’m glad that the management supports their team in a way that they are comfortable asking questions. We had an issue with the website not allowing us to place an order for delivery and was thrilled with the kindness and hospitality demonstrated by this employee!! 5 stars ONCE AGAIN, this location never disappoints!!
