I will never spend another dime at food lion. They greet certain customers and others they will stare at you and not say a word. Its honestly disgusting they way they act towards black customers. Standing over you while you scan things, give you a hard time to make a simple return they show you time and time again that they don't care for you to be at THEIR store. Also the manager Caren is as rude as they come i don't see how she works in customer service alone is a manager im sure she treats the black employees like trash 🙄 . I hope corporate gets to the bottom of it.

As well as they are opened until 11pm which sometimes I have to run by really quick after work and it's late - not many grocery stores are opened but this one is, and it helps quite a lot for me! Everyone is friendly and helpful and the store is kept clean and fully stocked. They're remodeling the store currently to update and that will be really nice, too! We appreciate your hard workers and thank you!!!
