  I’ve honestly never been to a drink place that charges for everything like this. An empty cup costs extra, a water cup costs extra, a cup of water costs extra, and even a cup of ice costs extra. That’s just ridiculous. It feels cheap and unfriendly, and it made the whole experience really off-putting. What made it even worse was the straw they gave me. It was such poor quality that it actually scraped up my mouth. I’ve never had that happen before anywhere. Just look at the photo — the straw is rough, flimsy, and clearly very low quality. For a major chain like Dunkin’, that’s honestly unacceptable. Overall, this location was a huge disappointment. Between the excessive charges and the terrible quality of basic items, I definitely won’t be coming back.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 drinks on the mobile app and waited 25 minutes for them while other customers were waiting as well. I also wanted to order a refresher on to my order so I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and was ignored. Finally I was able to order the refresher but the girl behind the counter didn’t know what a strawberry dragonfruit refresher was and made me a berry açaí instead and argued with me that was what i ordered. Overall a 0/10 experience and won’t be back again. I hope they can eventually hire some good help again and I will think about returning. Maybe some training for 16 year olds would be helpful.
