  I was going to dine in but decided to take out instead because of the attitude. I understand that this is a business and you need to make money but filling my bowl with rice then skimping on everything else is not the way to do it. When they scooped my chicken they used half a scoop and then pinched the cheese with 3 fingers and sprinkled about a teaspoon full (no exaggeration). When I asked for a little more cheese the girl got an attitude and said “she gonna charge you more” and looked at the girl at the checkout. I said how about you put a normal portion on there and we’ll call it even, I was very polite I promise. They all rolled their eyes and were super unfriendly. Last time I was at this location everyone was very friendly and was probably one of my favorite experiences at a chipotle. Maybe that was because I didn’t have to ask for more of something that I shouldn’t have to ask for idk? Not sure what’s changed but I hope it’s fixed by my next visit. The fact that you have a tip jar set out is comical, maybe try being a little more friendly before you put the jar out just sayin’

  I love me some Chipotle but had to dock this one hard. Middle of the day and completely out of source cream. By some miracle I got Japanese just prior and stopped only to get my son a burrito bowl. I get 2 scoops of sour cream on my bowl. If I had came here to eat they would have gotten to keep what they already put in the bowl. Gotta stock the store folks

  This is one of the only restaurants that I feel deserves my money anymore. If you know how to order, and you treat the employees like the super stars they are, they'll treat you right. My last trip there, they were horrendously understaffed and packed like always around lunch. One woman behind the counter making all of the orders, she said her name was Linda, was an absolute legend. She made a whole line full of people's orders by herself from start to finish and rang people up in record time, all while treating my bowl right and leaving me satisfied. A+ experience.

  Decided to give this location a try and ordered takeout — the bowl with chicken for both my husband and I. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed. Each bowl had maybe five small pieces of chicken, which seems extremely skimpy considering it’s the main protein in the dish. To make matters worse, I asked for sour cream and a little queso, but my bowl ended up completely drowning in both. The proportions were way off. I don’t understand being so stingy with the primary ingredient while overloading the extras. After this experience, it’s not surprising to hear that others seem to have ongoing issues here. We won’t be coming back.
