  This is the absolute worst McDonald's on the planet. Go to Burger King or somewhere.

  This McDonalds has consistently gotten worse and worse my entire life. Today I random Thursday and prime lunch time I just sat in the drive through for 45 minutes. The inside is no better, the food is below average for mcdonalds. I highly suggest driving down to wingate if you want McDonald the food is better and you’ll get it quicker too. Btw there was only 8 cars in the drive through 5 minutes per car is insane.

  Staff was nice. From whati could see from the drive thru, it was clean and tidy. Although I waited over 15 minutes for my food. But once I received it it was still hot and they gave me extra food for the wait to compensate. Overall good experience for a McDonald's.

  This was a horrible experience the workers told me to wait before ordering in the drive thru so I did but that what turned into 30 minutes and the people behind me were pissed but once the worker came to me she said your holding up the line ma’am so I went inside to grab my food the food was the only thing that was good

  My last visit here I made an order online and I didn't choose to add the 5$ Ronald McDonald donation but apparently they decided I needed to pay it bc afterwards I seen it took it out when I got to the window the manager didn't know what to do about that and they also said they didn't have the 2 caramel sundaes it clearly let me order online told me come back in the morning the store manager would be there and could fix it.... The next morning was snow not to mention I'm 30min away but I went just to be told she had no idea what the Ronald McDonald donation was and there was nothing she could do and I wanted my money back for the sundaes apparently she misunderstood and brought out 2 sundaes and I was sick of arguing so I took them at 8am and left , customer service has always been terrible not once have I had a good experience here and evertime something is wrong with the order and lord for it you tell them they messed up ..... So hateful , terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
