    I experienced blatant discrimination at this Subway (Store #2382-0 in Monroe, NC). I came in as a normal paying customer as I do often and was refused service for no valid reason. The “shift lead” said I had an attitude after telling her my order. The employees treated me differently than other customers and their behavior clearly reflected racial profiling. When I asked for the manager’s name, store information, or any contact I could use to report the incident, they refused to provide anything and became dismissive “I don’t know what to tell you”. That refusal alone tells me they knew what they were doing was wrong and hoped to avoid accountability. No customer should be treated this way. I will be escalating this incident to Subway corporate, the ethics/compliance hotline, and state civil rights authorities. Discriminatory behavior has no place in any business, especially one serving the community.

    I purchased a sub platter for a funeral. While ordering the manager on duty failed to inform me that if I wanted all the toppings on the side that would be an extra charge so they just put everything on all the subs. I have ordered many sub trays and have never had them put everything on the subs. My aunt is allergic to onions so she was unable to eat any of the subs. When I called and spoke to the manager she rudely stated that there nothing she could do that I would have to speak to the store manager the next day and that I could look up what time they opened to speak to her. Upon speaking to the manager she also stated that there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation. $60 wasted. Their customer service is horrible

    Went in with coupon in hand. The coupon didn't say what couldn't be ordered. Ordered one sandwich without Avocado and the individual making it put avocado on there anyway. Said something about it and girl replies "you didn't say that". Order another meal sandwich and was ignored. We asked to speak with a manager, when they came out, they were loud and condescending telling us no on everything. Workers making the sandwiches were focused more on DoorDash orders instead of the six people in line. Would give - stars if possible.

    Gave a coupon today which I’ve used numerous coupons at this location and never had an issue. She told me my total and I was like did you apply the coupon she threw it back at me and told me I could keep it that she couldn’t get it to work. Sad customer service.
