She listened to my issue and immediately problem solved in a way that was very pleasant and professional. I'm a manager in retail and based on how she handled the situation I'm sure she has great leadership skills. Good job and excellent customer service, Maggie.

I called in to make a change to my order but i was not notified before hand that changes would lead to my payment being voided and i wouldn’t have saw the money in my account for 3-4 business days…… that meant I’d have to pay ANOTHER 56 dollars and wait until the original charges dropped off. I was heated because had i known this i wouldn’t have not made a change. Maggie fixed the problem. She exemplified what it means to be a leader. She took accountability for the issue and lack of communication and absolutely made it right. I’m hoping this was a Learning opportunity for the new staff member but boy was it a big error. Thank you Maggie for making this right. This location is lucky to have a manager like you.

The store manager, Maggie, is absolutely wonderful—she’s always friendly, willing to help, and makes sure my order is taken correctly every time. You can really tell she cares about both the customers and the quality of service. The food is always fresh, hot, and crispy, just the way it should be. It’s refreshing to visit a location where both the service and the food are so consistently on point. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut, especially thanks to Maggie’s excellent customer service!
