- SDShay DaughtryAug 27, 20251.0We stayed at a hotel right behind the pizza place and had placed an order for delivery paid almost 30 dollars for the order. Had called three times about the order the first time was 25 mins in waiting for the pizza just checking it that fine it should be here shortly was told to call back if it doesn’t show up. Called a second time right in the 45 min time window was told the delivery drivers had more orders understandably should be there soon. Doesn’t show up on the hour mark call the store was told the delivery driver knocked on the door and no answer which is not true we were outside the room and could see who was coming in and out the parking lot. We asked them to remake the order now that it has been over an hour and we will just come and get it at this point. We get there I check the food the food is not warm has not been remade and when I asked for it to be re made once again one of the girls in the back rebutdtaled saying “if they said they remade it they did” as it’s not warm and doesn’t look fresh. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. So I stand there for an extra 15/20 mins for the food to be remade they are goofing off in the back being loud and at one point the tall dude that works there and mind you it’s around 9pm when this happened started throwing the trays around and also being loud. The attitude was felt in the air and they kept staring at us as well as they were remaking the food felt like we had to stand there and actually watch them make our food. It was an absolute terrible experience and can’t believe the service. As well as we walk out the door the girl finally spoke up and asked “is there a problem” yes there is this whole interaction and transaction.
