The worst in the WORLD. We all got told they have no staff to work today. I can’t even get a coffee SMH. Then had to wait in line 20 minutes before he came out and told us. They need to shut this place down. ASAP

It’s nice that it has a large play area for kid but seems like no one ever clean it. Clothes will turn black after playing inside.

Slow as dirt. Took 40 mins to get a curbside order and if u go inside they cant seem to find it. Staff is usually friendly but they also dont care about speed or time. Quality of items is also hit or miss.

The managers just have a really bad attitude all the time and there are only a few employees that are very kind and professional it’s sad because this is the only McDonalds in this area and as customers we shouldn’t be hesitant to ask a simple question already expecting an answer with sarcasm and attitude please whoever is charge I hope yall can fix this matter thank you.

If you can avoid this McDonald, I would. The service is awful and employee were rude
. You stand in line and politely ask if someone can work the register due to their kiosk wasn’t taking payment inside. Her reply was “No” and walked away. No “be right there” or “let me get someone to help” nothing. Absolutely unprofessional. The manager, usually in a red polo top, was barely any help at all. She would look at the front register with out ever attempting to ask if anyone been helped. It takes people yelling out to even get looked at. She did finally ask if I needed assistance after looking at me maybe 5 times before ever asking over 10 minute period and attempting to get someone’s attention. I was holding my 10 month old the whole time too. Manager finally came to assist, but was short. She acted like assisting was a nuisance. After finally being able to pay, she walked away and didn’t even give me my receipt. I had to wait for another random lady to grab my receipt another 7 minutes later.
A gentleman who was waiting almost 10 minutes inside to just try to order food at the register finally went threshold from front register to kitchen area and stood there. He continued to try to get someone attention to come assist all the people in the common area and take his order. Never once did anyone come to ask if anyone needed anything, got their food, or needed assistance once until this man did this. Not until the gentleman was getting attention about there needing to be at least one worker in the front register to assist customers. He was met with hostility and that same woman who told me no was threatening to fight this man. It was unreal to witness. The manager just told her “I’ll talk to him” and never reprimanded her employee for that poor behavior. This man was not threatening, hostile, or anything. He was told kiosk is how people usually pay, then they pay at the register. Doesn’t make sense, but their kiosk wouldn’t accept payment anyways. They should’ve had someone at the register to take orders if needed. He just wanted to order food and pay cash only.
Sad that it wasn’t until this man kept trying to get attention from someone
did the manager then prioritize helping those in the building waiting for food or needing anything. Very poorly operated and managed. Overall experience was 30 minute + wait. This place needs corporate worker or management to come get this place in shape.
Again, if you can avoid, I would highly suggest it! If they could get negative stars, they would deserve it.
