He repeatedly ignored our tables orders WHILE he was actively taking them. We wanted sides and drinks, and when we requested them were ignored. Again, this was WHILE he was taking the order of the people who wanted said sides and drinks. There was NOBODY in the restaurant when we arrived, there was no reason why it took so long to take our orders and bring them out. I ordered a salad, and it was served with no silverware. I don’t know if BWW uses disposable silverware for all of their food, but that’s what I was given after I asked. A friend asked for a knife to cut their burger, and it never came. A friend and I paid with cash, and he had to be reminded to bring our change REPEATEDLY. He had cash falling out of his pocket. The worst service I’ve ever received.

The manager sent waitress out to tell us he would discount our inedible burnt burger. I can see why this place has 3.1 star reviews. My only wish is I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. It seems poor food quality is a regularly occurring thing here.

The wings that were ordered with dry rub or lemon pepper only had a dash of seasoning. You couldn't tell that the seasoning was even there. The orders came with wedges. We got a swear kids portions of the wedges. Could tell that they did put no effort on saucing the wings. I'm really disappointed. So bad that I added my own hot sauce and BBQ sauce to my wings. Well definitely not buying from this restaurant anymore. I'll just stick to making my own wings. I hope this helps other people.
