  Food is expensive for what you get very small portions and it doesn’t taste good at all $16 for 2 small items I will never be back

  I ordered one item. They gave me the wrong item. Then when I came back, they gave me two tacos stuffed into each other. Was given no compensation for having to drive back twice. Then they were acting as if im ruining their day for wanting my money back. Absolutely horrible.

  Arianna was awesome. She explained the menu very well and got our delightful entrees to us in record time.

  A month and a half ago you could pull right up order and have a meal in less than 2 minutes. I have tried to eat here twice in the last month and the line doesn’t move. I am currently in line at 3:30 (typically not a busy time) and I am the 5th car in line waiting to order and the line hasn’t moved in 10 minutes. This is insane. 3 cars literally just got out of line and left. Now I’m second. I don’t know what is going on, but corporate needs to find out.

  Christina is an absolute pleasure to interact with. We don't see a lot with customer service anymore and she is always happy and is so sweet Every Single interaction. I wish everywhere we went people were like this and had such great customer service! And to be fair this is the only taco bell I have ever been to where ALL the employees are pleasant!
