I asked for a couple more and was told I’d be charged—apparently sauce is now treated like liquid gold. We’ve ordered this meal for years and always got plenty of sauce, no drama. This time, even the manager stood firm like I was trying to scam them out of state secrets instead of… two extra BBQ packets. So if you’re grabbing the “family meal,” be prepared to either ration sauce like it’s the Great Depression or pay extra for the privilege of flavor. $50 and they can’t even spare a squirt.

Servers were OK and Place seemed fairly clean. I really don't see Bojangles staying in business if the quality of food doesn't improve. It used to be good now I expect bad food when my kids insist on going. This was a new location for us so I was hoping it would be better, but no I guess they have all gone down hill.
